About the SNAP Assessment Test
The SNAP Assessment Test on Aptitude360 is a free, medium-level practice test with 30 multiple-choice questions to be solved in 30 minutes. Each correct answer earns +1 and each wrong answer costs −0.25, following the SNAP 2026 pattern. Every question has four options, and the test is in English.
Test pattern and marking
- General English: 5 questions, 5 minutes, +1 for a correct answer and −0.25 for a wrong answer
- Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 10 questions, 10 minutes, +1 / −0.25
- Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency: 10 questions, 10 minutes, +1 / −0.25
- Ethics, Morality and Values: 5 questions, 5 minutes, +1 / −0.25
On Aptitude360 each section has its own timer as a pacing aid, and the section times add up to 30 minutes. The real SNAP has no sectional time limit, so these section times are only a suggested pace.
Topics covered
- General English: fill in the blanks, error spotting, a para jumble, and a short reading comprehension passage with two questions.
- Analytical and Logical Reasoning: a seating arrangement set, syllogism, blood relations, coding-decoding, series, direction sense, statement and conclusions, and input-output.
- Quantitative, DI and DS: a data interpretation set, data sufficiency, profit, loss and discount, mixture and alligation, time and work, algebra, HCF and LCM, and probability.
- Ethics, Morality and Values: all five questions are workplace ethical dilemmas (situational judgement).
Every question shows its question type in square brackets at the top, for example [Ethics, Morality & Values], [Data Sufficiency], [Puzzle / Seating Arrangement] and [Critical Reasoning], so you can see which part of the real exam pattern each question follows.
Key formulas to revise
- Profit percentage: \( \dfrac{SP - CP}{CP} \times 100 \)
- Selling price after discount: \( MP \times \left(1 - \dfrac{d}{100}\right) \)
- Work done together: \( \dfrac{1}{T} = \dfrac{1}{A} + \dfrac{1}{B} \)
- For two positive integers: \( \text{HCF} \times \text{LCM} = a \times b \)
- Probability for equally likely outcomes: \( P(E) = \dfrac{\text{favourable}}{\text{total}} \)
- Percentage change in DI: \( \dfrac{\text{new} - \text{old}}{\text{old}} \times 100 \)
Who should take this test
This test suits SNAP aspirants who want a short, timed check across all four sections at a typical real-paper difficulty. It also works well for students who want to practise accuracy under negative marking.
How to use the solutions
Every question in this test has the correct answer and a short worked solution. After you submit, go through each solution, including the ones you got right. Note which topics caused wrong answers or slow attempts, and revise those topics before your next practice session.
