Use of Services
Aptitude360 provides online/offline coaching for exams like SSC, Banking, CAT, CDS, and CSAT.
- All content (videos, PDFs, mock tests, etc.) is for personal use only
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials
- Sharing accounts is not allowed
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
Violation may lead to account suspension without refund.
Payments and Access
- All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways
- Course access is granted after successful payment
- All purchases are non-transferable
- Course access is strictly personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold under any circumstances
Intellectual Property
- All content on Aptitude360 is owned by the platform and protected by law.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted services, but:
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Aptitude360 reserves the right to change faculty, schedule, or batch timing without prior notice
Limitation of Liability
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Aptitude360 will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Errors, interruptions, or delays in service
Service Discontinuation (Important Clause)
If Aptitude360 discontinues or cancels any course due to operational or unforeseen reasons:
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Provide access to an alternative course of similar value, OR
- Offer credit for future use on the platform
Refunds will not be applicable in such cases, as access to digital content and services is provisioned immediately upon enrolment.
Final decision will be at the discretion of Aptitude360
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content, login credentials, or study material
- Recording, copying, or reproducing lectures without permission
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform’s functionality or security
- Impersonating another user, faculty member, or representative of Aptitude360
- Posting or sharing any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Engaging in any activity that may harm the platform, its reputation, or other users
No refund will be provided in such cases.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law and fall under Indian jurisdiction.
