Refund and Cancellation Policy
Aptitude360 follows a fair and transparent refund policy aligned with industry standards.
1. Digital Courses (Main Rule)
- All courses are non-refundable once accessed
- This includes recorded courses, live classes, and test series
2. 24 Hours Course Change Option
We provide a student-friendly option:
- You can request a one-time course change within 24 hours
- Only applicable for equal-value courses
- Valid only if wrong course selected
3. Live Batch Cancellation or Offline Batch Cancellation
- All purchases made on Aptitude360 are final and non-cancellable
- Due to the immediate provisioning of digital content, all enrolments are final, and cancellation or refunds are not applicable once access is provided
- Once a student enrols in an offline batch, the seat is reserved for the entire duration of the course
- In case a student chooses to discontinue or leave the course midway, no refund of fees will be applicable
4. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You do not use the course or services
- You fail to clear any examination
- You face technical issues from your own device, network, or environment
- Any violation of Aptitude360’s Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform
5. Platform Cancellation / Shutdown Case
If Aptitude360 discontinues or cancels any course due to operational or unforeseen reasons:
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to an alternative course of similar value
- Refunds will not be applicable in such cases, as access to digital content and services is provisioned immediately upon enrolment
