Normal practice, or a Simulated test

Both use the same questions. Normal practice is untimed and needs no account: choose an option and the answer and solution appear at once. The Simulated test is the real computer-based format, with one 30-minute clock, a question palette and full screen, and your score, the key and the solutions arrive when you submit.

How the two modes differ

Normal

Untimed

Every question on one page, loading as you scroll. Choose an option and see straight away whether it was right.

  • No timer. Nothing to start and nothing to submit. Stop whenever you like.
  • Answered as you choose. Tap an option and it is marked at once, with the correct answer shown.
  • Solutions in place. The explanation, and the video where one has been added, sit under the question.
  • Open to guests. Normal practice needs no sign-in.
Real exam conditions

Simulated

Timed CBT

The computer-based test format: one clock, a question palette, and a score the moment you submit.

  • A clock that does not pause. 30 minutes from the moment you begin, and the paper is submitted for you when it reaches zero.
  • Question palette. Answered, not answered and marked for review, section by section, as the real interface has it.
  • Full screen, proctored. The test takes over the screen; leaving it three times submits the paper.
  • Answers hidden until you submit. The key, the explanations and your score all arrive together at the end.

Level 2 builds your ability to link causes, people and outcomes in the national movement, from the withdrawal of Non-Cooperation to the Lahore call for complete independence. It is an Aptitude360 Modern Indian History quiz on the Swarajists, the Simon Commission protests, the Nehru Report ultimatum, the HSRA and the Lahore Congress. Each question has a worked explanation.

What this Level 2 Modern History set tests

  • Aims of the Swaraj Party and its plan to enter the councils set up under the Government of India Act

  • The Nehru Report and the one-year ultimatum to the British at the Calcutta session
  • Lord Irwin's vague offer of dominion status and a Round Table Conference
  • HSRA aims, the Saunders killing and the purpose stated in the Assembly bomb leaflet
  • Effect of the worldwide Depression on agricultural prices and peasants, and the Bardoli Satyagraha

Question types and concepts to prepare

  • Chronological ordering of events from the Simon Commission announcement to the executions of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru
  • Match-the-list items pairing Congress sessions with their presidents and events with years
  • Odd-one-out and 'which event did not happen in this year' questions on the period
  • Why the choice of Jawaharlal Nehru as Lahore president signalled a younger, radical leadership

How to revise the Swaraj Party to Purna Swaraj years

  • Make a year-wise timeline and test yourself on sequences, not just single facts
  • Note who moved or opposed key resolutions, not only who presided
  • Contrast what each document or body demanded: council entry, dominion status or complete independence

Who Level 2 is meant for

It suits general awareness aspirants who already know the basic facts of this phase and want practice with the statement-based, matching and sequence formats used in competitive papers.
