Why practise official PYQs before a mock test series?
A mock is somebody’s guess at the exam. A previous-year paper is the exam.
The real difficulty
Every paper here was set by the exam body itself, so its difficulty is the one you will actually meet.
The topics that keep returning
A few years of one exam show which chapters it leans on. Practise them untimed in Normal mode, where each answer is checked as you give it.
Then against the clock
Sit the same paper as a Simulated test once you know it, then move on to full-length mocks.
