Vedic Maths Squares by Base 50 and Base 100 – Level 3 (Hard) Practice
This Level 3 set on Aptitude360 practises squares by the base 50 and base 100 methods, last digits of squares and the least multiplier for a perfect square, exactly as taught in the Vedic Mathematics course video. Level 3 questions are exam-level speed questions for CAT, SSC and bank exams where the trick saves real time. Every question has a worked solution that uses the same Vedic method step by step.
What the three levels cover
- Squares of numbers from 26 to 75 with the base 50 method
- Squares of numbers from 76 to 124 with the base 100 method
- Last digits of squares and which numbers can be squares
- Least number to multiply by to make a perfect square, using prime factors
- Sums and differences of squares and area questions
The method in short
- Base 50: \( (50 \pm x)^{2} \) is \( (25 \pm x) \) followed by \( x^{2} \).
- Base 100: \( (100 \pm x)^{2} \) is \( (100 \pm 2x) \) followed by \( x^{2} \).
- A perfect square has every prime factor to an even power.
Who should take this set
Students preparing for SSC, bank, CAT and other aptitude exams who want faster mental calculation. Watch the lesson video first, then try Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in order.
