Statement -- Smoking is one of the human weaknesses, which tends to test the willpower of the smoker to the edge.
Conclusions
I. It is very difficult for the smokers to give up smoking even if they want to.
II. Human beings have other weaknesses as well.
The statement clearly means that smoking is the weakness of human character which tends to test the power of human at the extreme point. Hence, both conclusions follow.

We don't know the citizens of nation X have favoured the decision of nuclear explosion so, conclusion I does not follow. Also we don't know the reason behind the opposition of nation X. Hence, none of the conclusion follow from the statement.

Of all the TV sets manufactured in India, 'Solar' brand has the largest sale, it can be said only when volume of sales of all brands of TV sets manufactured is known. Thus, conclusion I follows. Nothing can be said about conclusion II as we don't have any information about the production of different brands of TV.
